Following updated government guidelines our showroom has now reopened. We really look forward to welcoming customers into our store.

Due to Covid 19, we have introduced new measures to keep our customers and colleagues safe in our showroom.

This includes installing sneeze and cough screens at desk areas.

Training our employees on increased hygiene practices and social distancing in the workplace.

Conducting temperature checks on all employees every morning before work.

Keeping 2m apart from customers and colleagues.

Introducing hand sanitiser stations in our stores.

Increasing the frequency of cleaning in high contact areas and providing employees with personal protective equipment such as face masks and gloves when requested.

Providing a sanitised pillow for your personal use, usable when testing out the comfort of any mattress.

Touching fabrics and lying on beds is all part of the process when shopping with us. We do not want you to miss out on this, so we are also using specialist sanitising treatment on all our showroom products which provides protection against viruses.

Our showrooms are very spacious but occasionally we may also limit the number of customers in the store at any one time. Government guidelines indicate that retailers should allow 12.5 sq.m of space per person, given our showroom is very large we will be providing a minimum of 20 sq.m per person and 50 sq.m per family. All these measures enable us to follow the government’s guidelines on social distancing in our store.

Customers are welcome to come and browse our collection and purchase furniture at their own convenience instore, over the phone or online. We have introduced two new ways to help limit the time you spend in store:

  • We now have an appointment service for those who want to seek advice and purchase furniture as quickly and efficiently as possible where we also provide out of normal working time appointments. Simply telephone or email the store to book your appointment.

  • We are also inviting customers to pop into comfort test the product and look at fabric choices, then if they wish, complete their order with us over the phone or by email.
